Because we do not host, store, or monitor the files you process, you retain 100% of the liability for the content you generate or modify. ToolAsaan acts merely as a digital "calculator" or "utility." We claim no ownership over your processed files, nor do we accept any legal responsibility if you use our tools to process copyrighted, illegal, or defamatory material. You agree that you have the legal right to possess and modify the files you bring into our browser-based environment.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is" Clause)
